The nomination period for the 2020 ACPA Family Services Leadership Award is now open. This annual award recognizes an individual or group that has demonstrated exceptional community service and leadership on behalf of individuals with cleft or craniofacial differences.
Award nominations must be made by a sponsor and co-sponsor who provide cleft-related services. The sponsor and co-sponsor must each write a statement of support. Nominees must have demonstrated exceptional service and leadership for no less than three years. Past nominations that have not been selected for the award may be updated and resubmitted. Cleft and craniofacial care providers are not eligible for this award.
